Construction of a world-class, highly specialized equestrian breeding and agricultural complex designed in full compliance with the highest veterinary and animal welfare standards. The Facility is divided into three independent functional zones: administrative, production (for the housing and breeding of elite livestock), and veterinary quarantine areas, ensuring effective prevention of any epidemiological risks.

Key scope of works

  • Construction of specialized stables for pregnant mares comprising two buildings with a total of 120 individual stalls.
  • Construction of breeding stables and facilities for racehorses, consisting of six buildings with a total capacity of 480 individual stalls.
  • Design and installation of professional training infrastructure, including open paddocks, specialized riding tracks with engineered footing, and eight covered shelters for animal rest.
  • Integration of dedicated engineering systems for climate control, automatic watering, and manure removal.
  • Construction of a veterinary unit, laboratory, feed storage warehouses, and a permanent agricultural complex building (hydroponics).
  • Construction of a fully autonomous utility infrastructure (transformer substations, storage tanks, and pumping stations).
