• Installation of advanced HVAC systems, including heavy-duty central air-conditioning units, chiller-fan coil systems, and supply and exhaust ventilation systems.
• Deployment of IT infrastructure, including fiber-optic backbone networks, secure server rooms, access control systems, and seamless campus-wide Wi-Fi coverage.
• Installation of industrial catering facilities, including professional heating, refrigeration, and food distribution equipment for the student dining hall.
• Construction of sports infrastructure, including indoor sports facilities, running tracks with specialized surface coating, and outdoor sports structures.
• Installation of guaranteed power supply systems, including a transformer substation, high-capacity diesel generators for emergency backup, and a local boiler house.
• Construction of the campus road and transport infrastructure: road paving and development of pedestrian walkways.
