The facility is intended for the safe isolated housing, quarantine procedures, advanced diagnostics, and treatment of elite dog breeds. It features a fully autonomous utility infrastructure to maintain strict biological safety conditions.

Key scope of works

• Construction of an isolated facility with 30 individual kennels equipped with drainage systems.
• Construction of an administrative building and a high-tech veterinary clinic.
• Medical equipment installation, testing, and commissioning of advanced imported diagnostic systems (digital X-ray, ultrasound scanners, biochemical and hematological rapid analyzers).
• Installation of biosafety systems: automated access control systems, 24/7 video monitoring of animal conditions, and emergency fire suppression systems.
• Construction of an autonomous water supply facility with filtration systems, transformer substation, and wastewater treatment facilities.
