• Construction of specialized facilities for maintenance and repair of heavy construction and agricultural machinery.
• Construction of an administrative and staff facility, security checkpoints, and employee cafeteria.
• Installation, testing, and commissioning of autonomous utility systems (modular pumping stations, storage facilities for potable, technical, and fire water, and transformer substations).
• Construction of heavy-duty road surfaces designed for intensive movement of loaded heavy vehicles, including truck parking areas and covered shelters.
