The complex includes automated production lines, a product exhibition showroom, and an advanced logistics zone.

Key scope of works

• Full-cycle industrial design and turnkey construction of the manufacturing complex, taking into account equipment-induced vibration loads.
• Construction of high-bay production workshops and a large industrial exhibition building (finished product showroom).
• Construction of specialized warehouses for the safe storage of raw materials (polymers) and large-diameter rolls of finished products.
• Integration of complex engineering systems, including transformer substations (KTPN), industrial pumping systems, and forced ventilation systems for production facilities.
• Development of a secure perimeter, including construction of a checkpoint, fencing systems, fire protection systems, and landscaped staff recreation facilities.
