Luxury mansion in the premium residential complex “Sultan Makamı”

Our company successfully completed the turnkey construction of an exclusive villa mansion (Konak) within the ultra-premium “Sultan Makamı” residential complex in Istanbul (Çengelköy). The project, with a total area of over 450 m², included the construction of a highly seismic-resistant reinforced concrete frame on challenging hilly terrain with panoramic views of the Bosphorus, installation of autonomous engineering systems, and execution of comprehensive luxury-class interior and finishing works.

Key scope of works
