Key scope of works

• Full adaptation of the standard design to local soil conditions, excavation works, and construction of a high-strength foundation designed for heavy operational loads of shopping areas.
• Construction of the reinforced concrete structural frame, installation of floor slabs, and brick masonry works.
• Façade works and glazing, including façade cladding with durable and aesthetically appealing materials resistant to regional climatic conditions.
• Installation of high-capacity central air-conditioning systems, ventilation systems, modern energy-efficient lighting, as well as fire protection and security systems required for high-occupancy facilities.
• Interior finishing works and site landscaping.
