7-Storey Residential apartment building

As part of the large-scale national program for the development of Arkadag, the region's first smart city, our company successfully completed the general contracting works for the construction of a premium-class seven-storey residential complex. The facility comprises 28 luxury apartments and was designed in accordance with the Full Infrastructure concept, ensuring complete autonomy through integrated underground parking, energy-efficient engineering systems, and advanced digital technologies. A key achievement of the project was the full integration of automated building management systems together with seamless installation of Smart home solutions in every residential unit.

Key scope of works

• Earthworks and foundation works.
• Structural and reinforced concrete works.
• Engineering infrastructure works.
• Digital Technologies & Safety: Design and installation of individual Smart Home systems, including addressable fire detection, automatic fire suppression, and smoke extraction systems.
• Façades & Interior Finishes: Premium natural stone façade cladding and premium-quality finishing works for interior common areas.
• Autonomous utility infrastructure: Turnkey construction of a dedicated utility facility, including an autonomous boiler house, potable and fire water storage tanks, and a modular pumping station.
• Site development: Comprehensive site development, including road paving, installation of small architectural elements and landscaping.
