A large-scale project involving the construction of a modern, high-comfort residential complex in one of the capital's rapidly developing districts. The project comprises five 40-unit apartment buildings designed with energy-efficient technologies and ergonomic space-planning solutions. Particular emphasis was placed on creating a self-sufficient residential environment. The complex features a landscaped courtyard garden, recreational areas, children's playgrounds, sports facilities, and a dedicated multifunctional community center for residents' community activities.

Key scope of works

  • Full-cycle general construction and reinforced concrete works for the structural framework of five residential buildings.
  • Installation and integration of external and internal utility networks, including water supply, sewerage, heating, and ventilation systems.
  • Premium façade cladding using natural stone and composite materials resistant to high-temperature exposure.
  • High-quality interior finishing and fit-out works across all residential and public areas.
  • Installation, testing, and commissioning of a high-capacity transformer substation to ensure an uninterrupted power supply for the residential complex.
  • Comprehensive landscape development, including pedestrian walkways, installation of small architectural elements.
