A large-scale project involving the construction of a modern, high-comfort residential complex in one of the capital's rapidly developing districts. The project comprises five 40-unit apartment buildings designed with energy-efficient technologies and ergonomic space-planning solutions. The complex features a landscaped courtyard garden, recreational areas, children's playgrounds, sports facilities, and a dedicated multifunctional community center for residents' community activities.

• Full-cycle general construction and reinforced concrete works for the structural framework of five residential buildings.
